For applications recieved after this deadline, expect review and response 1 week after submission.

Please refer to this guideline for information on selling food at the market and designating food as either high or low risk.

Vendors should refer to the guideline above when completing this application.
Submit the application form to the local health authority at least 30 days prior to the start of the market.
All food vendors must either have liability insurance for their market booth or sign a waiver and release the SFMA from any liability
