Slow Bottled Sunday makes condiments loaded with fresh, delicious and unwanted fruit - the "ugly" stuff - saved in collaboration with BC farmers and cooked into harvest-rich sauces. Together, we've saved 65,000 pounds of BC food from going to waste since 2021, giving BC’s undervalued harvest the flavour glory it deserves!
